    Very impressed with Nash today. Given that he had only been in the country for 72 hours, he looked sharp in all phases of the game. Aside from his positive batting – including a six! – he bowled some decent slow left arm. And, just as importantly, he already looks like Key’s lieutenant in the field, offering advice and support. If Rob should have injury problems during the season he seems a natural replacement as captain.
